Yes, this is not a problem. If you take "Zell Boost" within your fasting window, you are not breaking your fast by doing so. "Zell Boost" is a micronutrient complex that does not contain carbohydrates or proteins and therefore cannot be classified as a fasting break.

Yes, "Zell Boost" is vegan.

"Zell Boost" contains spermidine in the form of wheat germ extract. Wheat germ extract may contain traces of gluten due to the production process, but below the limit of 20ppm (20mg/kg).
According to the guidelines, "Zell Boost" can therefore be described as "gluten-free".

"Collagen Plus" is for those who want to go the extra step when it comes to a fresh look and vital body feeling. It is optimized for adult women and men over the age of 25.

Human collagen is composed of 18 amino acids in a specific distribution. Amino acids can be exactly replicated via fermentation processes, so it is possible to avoid resorting to animal tissue such as bone and cartilage. The biomimetic collagen we offer®, which is contained in "Collagen Plus", has been produced using such a patented fermentation process. It has been formulated to reflect all 18 amino acids of human collagen in exact doses, making it 5 times more efficiently absorbed by the body than animal or marine collagen. This means that 1g of our vegan collagen is equivalent to the effect of 5g of conventional collagen.

It is important to note that animal or marine collagen cannot be absorbed by the body in its natural form. For this reason, hydrolyzed (broken down) collagen is popular.
Our biomimetic collagen® in "Collagen Plus" provides the body with the complex of collagen amino acids in a naturally broken down form without animal origin or hydrolysis.

There are a total of 28 different types of collagen in the human body, which differ according to where and how they are formed and used. Nevertheless, the basic building blocks of these types are the same.

The biomimetic collagen® in "Collagen Plus" has been formulated to provide all the building blocks for all human collagen types. Specific in distribution as found in human bone. This means that our biomimetic collagen® contains mainly type 1, but also amounts of type 2 and type 3.

If you have a subscription, you can apply a discount code to the next delivery. To do so, log into your customer account and navigate to "Subscription". If you do not have a customer account, you can create a new account. To do so, please use the email address you used when placing your order.

If you do not have a customer account, you can create a new account. To do so, please use the email address you used when placing your order.

The subscription has a minimum term of 3 months, after that it can be cancelled monthly.

The subscription continues automatically. However, you can cancel it at any time after the minimum term of 3 months.

Once we have handed over your order to our shipping partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Click on the number to track your package directly.

Shipping is done with our shipping partners DHL and Deutsche Post.

When you have used up your pack of Epigenics, you can dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way as follows:

1. Place the empty glass jar in warm water to help remove the paper label.
   
2. Remove the paper label from the jar and dispose of it with the waste paper.
   
3. Twist off the aluminum lid and remove the piece of paper on the inside of the lid. You can also dispose of this with the waste paper.
   
4. You can dispose of the aluminum lid as a recyclable material (the yellow garbage can in Germany).
   
5. Finally, you simply dispose of the glass container with your waste glass.

Alternatively, you can of course reuse the glass container as a storage vessel.

Additional note: We are aware of our responsibility as a distributor of packaged nutritional supplements and always strive to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible. If you wish to return your order to us, please return it within 14 days.

2. Pack the goods carefully and with enough padding so that they are not damaged during shipping.
3. Include the return slip with your order so that we can allocate the goods.

Once we have received your package back in case of a revocation, we will process your revocation immediately, but no later than within 10 business days. Once we have refunded your purchase amount, you will receive an email.

Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 14 days for the purchase amount to be credited back to your account. Please note that we can only take back unopened, original sealed goods.

Please note that Swiss VAT and customs duties are not included in the final total of your order. By placing your order, you acknowledge that the additional costs incurred will be at your expense.

This is due to the fact that we ship our goods from our warehouse in Germany. This means that goods delivered to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and Swiss VAT. According to the information provided by Swiss Post no customs duties and VAT will be charged if the calculated amount is less than CHF 5.00 per customs declaration, whereby customs duties and VAT are to be considered separately.

VAT: Switzerland levies an import tax on foreign goods that remain in the country permanently; this is currently 7.7% of the value of the goods. The upper limit for the value of goods (including transportation costs) for VAT-exempt imports is CHF 65.00.
